Jessica Cole

Do what you love and the money will follow. Jessica Cole grew up a military brat in the southwest.  Born in San Clemente, CA, she bounced around to places like Arkansas, Texas, and New Mexico.  After her first semester at The University of New Mexico in Albuquerque, she decided that she needed a change and took the giant leap of moving to Las Vegas, NV.

At age 20, she began working in the Design & Construction department for a major local hotel & casino company.  After three years, she moved on to becoming an Assistant Project Manager for a General Contractor.  That is where she got her first hands on experience with interior design.

She fell in love with design and architecture and left her construction job to pursue a career with MGM Resorts, working in the Engineering Dept.

Soon after, she made the hard decision to leave the corporate world to become a full time mom.  After the birth of their second child, she and Mitch sold their Las Vegas home to be closer to family in the Hudson Valley area.

In August of 2014, they made the move from west coast to east coast.  Although it was a tough move, it was the best decision they could have made.  Jessica’s shabby-chic style was inspired by the old architecture and antique shops around the area.  She wanted the interior of their home to match the exterior; colonial farmhouse.

I fell in love with design and architecture and never turned back.

Life Today

After growing up moving from place to place, Jessica is ready to plant her family’s roots and stay in Fishkill, NY.  Today, Jessica is still running around with both kids as well as managing the storefront in Beacon, NY.  On most days, you can find the kids, Mitchie and Mia, at the store with her.
